Changing the Stove Type

Note:
With cooktops wider than 60 cm, see Selecting the wide stove setting.
To change the Sensor Unit sensitivity to match the stove type, follow these instructions.
  1. Press and hold the sensor button until you hear two consecutive beeps. Release the button.

    The Sensor Unit confirms with a sound and light, and enters Setup Mode.

  2. Press and hold the sensor button until you hear two consecutive beeps. Release the button.

    The Sensor Unit confirms with a sound and light, and enters Stove Type Configuration Mode.

  3. Press the button X times to set the Stove Type (see the following table).

    The Sensor Unit confirms the selection with the same number of consecutive beeps.
